Kettlebell and Bodyweight workout
As you know, I love to combine kettlebell training with bodyweight exercises. Quick, convenient and effective training…gotta love it.
You also know that I love to work with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) athletes so I’m very fond of using bodyweight exercises that are directed at improving physical attributes needed in BJJ.
This push-up variation, called the Screw-Up is one of the exercises. When combined with kettlebell training you get a great Kettlebell Training for BJJ workout.
