Kettlebell and Bodyweight workout

As you know, I love to combine kettlebell training with bodyweight exercises. Quick, convenient and effective training…gotta love it.

You also know that I love to work with Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) athletes so I’m very fond of using bodyweight exercises that are directed at improving physical attributes needed in BJJ.

This push-up variation, called the Screw-Up is one of the exercises. When combined with kettlebell training you get a great Kettlebell Training for BJJ workout.

    Jason, I can’t watch the video…I get an error message that you’ve put some sort of restriction on who watches the video. Any ideas?

  3. hi. i was not able to view the kettleball workout with the pushup variation called the “screwup”.says its a private video.and to accept senders friend request. ????? p.s. all the other exercises are awesome!thanks
