Try this Kettlebell Workout
During last week’s kettlebell workout for your weekend I stated that I would share workouts based around those same three bodyweight or kettlebell exercises.
This week I have 2 variations for you. The latter is the hardest as you can keep a quicker pace going.
The former is a bit slower but more steady. I suggest starting with the 1st variation and when you’re looking to push your intensity and pace go the more advanced.

the workout abover is similar to Mike Mahaler body attack and body defense, geared toward wrestlers and mma’ers
real smooth… brother Daniel
Man, you’re agile like a cat–you make those burpees look entirely too easy. I’ve added another level of pain to the second variation by doing a close-grip push-up off the kettlebell while in the down position. I think that’s the beauty of kettlebells: with a little imagination, the variety is almost limitless. Thanks, Jason
James
That looks good, I’m going to include those in my workouts. Thanks Jason, always seeing good stuff from here.
Nice variations. I did one with a true pull with bottoms up grip and snatch with bottoms up grip. Killer.
Jason, Long time no talk, hope all is well! Great burpee variations I will certainly be trying them soon and will add them as a finisher in my boot camp class tonight. Talk to you soon!
Hey Rocci,
I’ve seen Mike do some similar stuff. I saw the burpee-snatches from Jeff Martone many moons ago.
Not as smooth as you and Lili brother Daniel.
Thank you James. I’m always a bit worried about the kettlebell tipping during close grip push-ups and tend to avoid them. I’m already busted up and don’t need another ache nor pain.
I will do them if the kettlebell is on it’s side however. Like a med ball if that makes sense.
Thanks Derek. Thanks for visiting.
Thanks Barry. True snatch pull is a great exercise to throw in there! You’re a thinking man. Thanks for sharing.
Hey Jon,
Thanks for writing! I hope all si well for you also. Please let em know if I can help with training/biz in anyway.
Thanks for the variation. It helps get creative juices flowing when you watch what others are doing! Thanks again.
