[Video] An Advanced Kettlebell Workout

“An Advanced Kettlebell Workout Video by Pamela MacElee-Kettlebell Athletics”

Doing double kettlebell exercises can be tough. Putting them altogether into a  advanced Kettlebell Complex is is even tougher.

The first double kettlebell exercises is a snatch:clean combo…clean one kettlebell while snatching the other.

When first learning this exercise keep the cleans on one side,snatch on the other. Switch sides each set.

Once you get better at the timing you can try to alternate sides on each rep.

Perform each kettlebell exercise for 30 seconds. Run through this kettlebell complex 4 times.
