Weekend Kettlebell Flow
“A Kettlebell Training Flow from Jason C. Brown of Kettlebell Athletics.”
At Kettlebell Athletics we have use several terms to describe our kettlebell workouts.
A Kettlebell Flow is basically a Kettlebell Complex that’s designed to enhance or to develop a certain physical quality or attribute.
The Kettlebell Video Flow below is a “Mostability Flow” or a complex that’s designed to increase or promote motion with stability.
These 3 Kettlebell exercises are:
Turkish Get-up
Arm-bar
Gladiator Press (or variation there-of)
Please try it out over the weekend and let me know how it goes in the comment section below.
